Scriptural Reference & Astrology

According to the Shiva Purana (Vidyeshvara Samhita, Chapter 25) and the Shrimad Devi Bhagavatam, the 4 Mukhi Rudraksha is governed directly by Lord Brahma & Goddess Saraswati and pacifies the planetary energy of Mercury (Budh).
