7-Day Replacement Guarantee

If you receive a bead that does not match your spiritual expectations or if you wish to exchange for another Mukhi or size, you may raise a return or replacement request within 7 calendar days of delivery from your Customer Dashboard or by contacting customer care.

Conditions for Return

• The bead must be in its original unused condition along with the original velvet box, Gangajal vial, and official laboratory certificate card.
• Custom-soldered solid gold kanthas or specially consecrated collector beads may be subject to inspection before exchange.

Refund Processing

Once the return shipment is received and inspected at our Haridwar sanctum, refunds are initiated within 48 hours directly to the original payment source (UPI / Bank Account / Card).
